- Currency, precious metals, or valuable documents
- Illegal drugs, narcotics, or any controlled substances

- Providing accurate documentation, such as invoices and permits
- Paying any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by customs authorities
- Complying with all export/import laws and regulations of the originating and destination countries
Packaging and Labeling
- Be suitable for transportation based on weight, size, and nature of the item
- Clearly display the full address of the recipient and sender
- Conform to any additional InterLink guidelines for special shipments
Rates, Billing, and Payments
- Billing: Customers may be billed per shipment or on a monthly basis, based on their account agreements.
- Payment: Payment is due according to the selected service and may be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or another approved method.
- Non-Payment: Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension and legal action. Additional fees may apply for late payments.
Liability and Limitation of Claims
- General Liability: InterLink’s liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the amount specified by applicable international conventions or local laws.
- Limits of Coverage: For most shipments, InterLink limits liability to $100 USD unless additional insurance is purchased.
- Exclusions: InterLink is not liable for damages due to packaging errors, delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or any force majeure events.

- Documentation: Provide proof of shipment, declared value, and supporting documents.
